An intimate Sedona engagement proposal

There was a lot of planning to do before she said YES! When Ricky emailed me about helping him plan and document his Sedona engagement, I was beyond excited! Proposals are my one of my FAVORITE things to photograph and I immediately asked him to tell me all the details about their love story! They are seriously just the sweetest and most genuine couple and it made my job so easy!

We chatted over the phone and through email several times before the big day to make sure that everything was perfect! Ricky planned an amazing spa day for the two of them while I found a gorgeous intimate spot along the trail at Bell Rock. I secretly texted him some pictures and videos of the exact location and went to hide!

The good think about Bell Rock is that there’s so many great little nooks and crannies that I was able to find the perfect spot to take those beautiful Sedona engagement photos! I saw them come up the trail, Ricky took Audrey right to the spot I planned, and got down on one knee!

Of course she said YES!

After giving them a little time to soak it all in, we took even more gorgeous Sedona engagement photos! We stayed at Bell Rock a little longer, got some great shots, but then moved onto some of my FAVORITE photos along a beautiful cliff! That’s the amazing thing about Sedona! You can literally stop along the road anywhere and see these breathtaking views!

They popped some champagne and toasted cliffside!

Ricky and Audrey, thank you for trusting me to capture one of the most special moments of your life! I hope you are always able to look back on your stunning Sedona engagement photos and remember every second! Cheers to many happy years!!
