Gust Brothers | Steele Family Sunflower Session

One of the perks of having a sister with a super cute family is I always get the BEST pictures of them! I mean come on… look at little Logan!! When I found the Gust Brothers had a sunflower field a few years ago, I knew I wanted to do some mini sessions here! It’s the PERFECT setting!

Not only do the Gust Brothers have a sunflower field, but they also have a pumpkin farm that opens in the fall!

In addition to the Gust Brothers cute sunflower field, they also have pick your own flowers, fresh produce, and some other fun surprises inside the sunflower trail! Of course Logan loved throwing dirt clods as much as the flowers! (Can we blame him?)

And the best part of this little mini session – I got to take some quick impromptu maternity photos of Katie! We are all SO excited for the newest addition this fall! Especially Logan!

So what’s included in a mini session? First, I only offer mini sessions twice a year! (You can get on my email list to know when they’ll be released and be the first to sign up!) They are kept to 15 minutes, include 10 edited images, and have a 48 hour turnaround time!

The biggest question I get asked: “Is 15 minutes enough time for my family?” YES! Especially for little ones! I find their attention span is up by then and I’m able to get through multiple poses for a variety of images! In fact, I recommend skipping the full family session and keeping those for extended families only!
